Shipping to the United States

The approximate shipping for each item to the continental USA can be found at the top of each item page. Please note that this shipping price is an estimate only provided for your convenience, and the exact shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process. Actual shipping charges vary depending on the final size, weight, and delivery address of the item(s) purchased.

Remember that the estimated shipping is a rough guide only. The final, actual shipping charge for your order is based on the total weight of the products you purchase. So, if you are purchasing more than one item, you do not just add up the total estimated shipping charges for each item in your cart. For example: If your order contains two items: one with an estimated shipping charge of $8, and another with an estimated shipping charge of $6, the actual shipping charges would most likely be approximately $10 or so, not $14

First Class Mail (Domestic USA):

Only items 13 ounces or under are able to be shipped via USPS First Class Mail
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, but average 4-7 days

Priority Mail (Domestic USA):

All items shipped to the USA are eligible for USPS Priority Mail
Shipping delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, but average 2-4 days

UPS Ground (Domestic USA):

All items shipped to the USA are eligible for UPS Ground

UPS 3-Day Select (Domestic USA):

All items shipped to the USA are eligible for UPS 3-Day Select
Shipping delivery is no later than 3 business days. This 3-day delivery window does not include weekends and holidays.

Shipping outside the U.S.

Please note that estimated shipping charges found on each item's page are for standard shipping to the continental U.S. only. Shipping charges for delivery outside the U.S. are calculated at checkout. Although we do ship to nearly every single country in our world, we reserve the right to cancel any order deemed to be high-risk or fraud.

First Class Mail International:

Most items are able to be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International
Delivery times are estimates, are not guaranteed, and vary greatly depending on the country & region, but average 14-21 days most of the year, and 17-35 days during the holiday season (November through December)
Online tracking is not included
Certain products may not be allowed to be shipped through the USPS for a number of reasons. These orders will need to be shipped via FedEx International Priority/Express or they will be canceled

FedEx International Priority/Express:

Most items are eligible for FedEx International Priority shipping
Shipping delivery times are guaranteed to arrive between 2-5 days after shipping

In Stock Items:

These items are in stock and ready to ship - usually within 1 business day
Certain items are in stock but ship within 3 business days. Games, skins, UMDs, and Blu-Ray discs fall into this category

Low Stock Items:

These items are in stock, but with extremely limited quantity
When inventory is running low, the product may "oversell" if the in stock runs out in between our inventory updates. If this happens, the remaining products will be shipped on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Low stock items may not be restocked - meaning once the inventory runs out, they're gone for good

Backordered Items:

Items that are temporarily out of stock are put in "Backordered," or "short-term out of stock" status
Backordered items can be purchased either on their own or with other items
A backordered item will typically be restocked within 5-10 days. Items that are not expected back in within two weeks are removed from the site and are unable to be purchased
If an order contains a backordered item and nothing else, then the item will ship as soon as it gets back in stock (usually within 5-10 days)
If an order contains a backordered item as well as other goods, the in-stock goods will ship as usual, and the backordered item will ship separately
A backordered item that has not yet shipped can be canceled anytime by contacting vpgames customer support

Coupons and Gift Cards:

To redeem a coupon or gift card, simply enter your coupon code or gift card number in the "Coupons and Gift Cards" section when checking out.
Free Shipping:
- Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Just enter coupon code FREESHIPFORME during the checkout process
- All orders shipped to the United States are eligible: Select between Free USPS First Class Mail or Free UPS Ground shipping
- Orders under 64 ounces shipped outside the United States are also eligible: Select Free USPS First Class Mail International shipping
- We reserve the right to ship via an alternate method for orders with free shipping

Insurance:

Shipping insurance is optional, however if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, we cannot be held responsible unless insurance is included
When insurance is selected, packages are protected and insured through The UPIC Insurance Corporation up to $5,000 USD per order
If your order is lost, stolen, mis-delivered, or damaged upon arrival, just email us and we will take care of the rest. A replacement unit will be sent, and we take care of all the paperwork. No hassle, no problem
For your own protection, we highly recommend including insurance with your order

Extended Warranty:

We offer a 90-Day Extended Warranty on all products we sell
Most products we sell come with a standard 30-day warranty. Our 90-Day Extended Warranty option allows you to return any item purchased up to 90 days from the delivery date. No hassle, no problem, no questions asked
If you choose not to elect this option, the standard 30-day warranty will still apply

Giftwrapping:

Giftwrapping services are available for all orders. (This includes international orders, though we cannot guarantee that customs won't open your package)
The order will be sent directly to recipient you choose, professionally giftwrapped
Packing slip will not show any prices or shipping paid for any merchandise
A personal note to recipient can be included on the packing if you wish - Just enter your message in the "Special Instructions" section when checking out
