Before returning an item, be sure to post your question in our Support Forums, where you may find an answer and other users can help you, or contact us for assistance.
How long do I have to return an item?

All items that are eligible to be returned must be done so within 30 days of delivery, unless an Extended Warranty has been purchased.

If an Extended Warranty has been purchased at checkout, you will have up to 90 days to return an item.
Is my item eligible to be returned?

Any new/factory-sealed video games or UMDs that have been opened. Once the plastic wrap has been broken, the item is considered used. We do not accept opened or used video games or UMDs for return, even if the item was shipped in error.

Items delivered more than 30 days ago, unless an Extended Warranty has been purchased.

Repair items that need to be installed or that may void the console's original warranty. This includes any of the following items: Replacement DVD or disc drives, LCD screens, laser lenses, mod cases/accessories

Imported games, systems or accessories (those not sold in the USA). These must be returned directly to the manufacturer. This includes Playstation 3 Japanese Imported Systems, Japanese Imported DS Lite Systems, Imported PSP Systems, Chotto Shot Cameras, and other accessories.

Any items from the following manufacturers: Datel (Makers of Action Replays, Xports, XSATAs, Transfer Kits). If an item you ordered from any of these manufacturers is defective, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. What if the product I purchased is not working?

You will be refunded in full for your purchase, or sent a working replacement.

While we do not reimburse the cost of return shipping, if you would like a replacement, we will ship this to you for free. If you would like a refund, we will refund your original shipping

While having the original packaging is not necessary, please understand that we need to physically receive the mechandise back in order to process a return

We do not refund for any additional shipping/handling services purchased, such as insurance, giftwrapping, or expedited shipping.

We reserve the right to send a replacement in lieu of a refund for any product, and a refund in lieu of a replacement, if necessary.

If you are seeking to return part of an order, (when the product purchased was part of a "bundle," or when the order consists of multiple products), only the defective merchandise should be sent back to us.
If you ordered the wrong product, or no longer want the item you ordered:

We will refund the amount you paid for the item minus a 20% restocking fee. Please note: If you have ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product you ordered we do not refund original or return shipping/handling
- It is your responsibility to send the merchandise back to us in the same condition as which it was received. Please repackage the merchandise carefully using the same amount of protection in which it was delivered. Using the original box/mailer is preferred. Please understand that we need to physically receive the returned mechandise in order to process a return.
If you received a different product from what you ordered:

If you were sent incorrect merchandise, please email us right away at returns@vpgames.com. If you are in the U.S., you will be emailed a return shipping label.
For undeliverable/refused merchandise:

A delivery from vpgames should never be refused. Any refused merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, neither original nor return shipping/handling charges will not be refunded, and any fees charged to our account will be deducted from your refund. If the item had free shipping to begin with, a $5.00 fee will be deducted. Undeliverable/refused merchandise includes any of the following situations:

Refusal of delivery for an item the customer wanted to cancel but could not because the product had already been shipped.

Refusal of delivery of the product because the customer no longer wants it as a result of one of many reasons that normally falls under "buyer remorse."

Refusal of delivery because the customer does not want to pay any import duties or fees imposed by a country's government. Please understand that import fees vary by country, state, and local governments. vpgames has no control over any fees which may be imposed, and cannot be held responsible for nor can offer any advice concerning import duties.
- Failure to provide a sufficient address resulting in an incorrect or non-delivery, in which the merchandise is returned to us at our expense.

To send back an item that is defective, or that you no longer want, carefully package and ship the product(s) to the address below. Be sure to write your Order Number on the package as shown below.
