Do you offer expedited shipping?

We offer various expedited shipping methods to nearly everywhere in the world. When you are checking out, you will be presented with a number of shipping options with the three major U.S. Carriers: UPS, FedEx, and The US Postal Service. Shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on current rates & fuel surcharges.

Have you received my payment yet?

In order to make payment, you must fully complete the checkout process.

You will automatically be notified via email when your payment has been received/cleared. If you have not received this email, be sure you are checking the email address you provided during the checkout process, and also be sure that you are checking your spam/bulk folders, as sometimes the emails will end up here. To make sure you receive all correspondence from us, please add support@vpgames.com to your Safe Senders list.

If you have not received any email from us 24 hours after making payment, then we have not received your payment. Please email us at support@vpgames.com and we will gladly assist you.

When/how will my order ship?

We ship orders once per day, no later than 48 hours after payment has cleared, excluding weekends and holidays. The average processing time (time it takes for an order to ship after payment has cleared) is less than 24 hours for items in stock.

The speed of your shipment depends on the level of service you select during the checkout process.

If there are any problems with your order, you will be notified within 3 business days or sooner. Your tracking number and all other notifications from us will be sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process - make sure you are checking the correct email address! If you have not received your shipping notification within 48 hours after your payment has cleared (excluding weekends and holidays), please check your Spam/Bulk Mail folders, as sometimes our shipping notifications will be caught in your email filters.

Please choose your shipping option carefully and take note of the expected delivery time for each one. Please check your tracking number for updates regarding your order unless it has exceeded the expected delivery time for your chosen level of service. If your wait has exceeded the estimated delivery window, please email support@vpgames.com so we can take care of the situation for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards, Checks, Cashier's Checks, PayPal, and Money Orders in US funds only. If you would like to pay by credit card, you may do so through Paypal, or through our secure Google Checkout System. At this time we do not accept orders over the phone.

How do I return an item?

We are sorry you are unsatisfied with your purchase! We strive to please every single customer, and this is why we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all our products. For instructions on how to return a product, please see our Returns page by clicking here:

I received a payment reminder message saying that you have not received my payment, but my records differ. What is going on?

These messages are sent out automatically when our system has not recognized payment after a given number of days. If you sent your payment in the mail, this means it has not been received yet, or we were unable to find a reference item number to go along with your payment. If you sent your payment with delivery confirmation, now would be the time to put a trace on the payment.

If you paid with PayPal or your credit card and received this message, it usually means that the payment has not cleared yet. However, it could also be a system error. If you have received a payment receipt confirmation email from PayPal, yet still received a payment reminder email from us, please send us an email at support@vpgames.com so we can look into this for you.

Do I need to pay any international customs duties on my purchase?

In some countries, customers receiving merchandise from the U.S. or any other country need to pay a customs duty, or tarriff, or other fee. Unfortunately, due to the complexity of international shipping, we cannot offer information as to whether or not any fees will apply to your shipment. Because of this, vpgames policy states that international customers are responsible for all duties, tarriffs, and fees.

If your package arrives and you do owe a fee, the fee must be paid before you can receive the merchandise. The carrier may also give you the option of refusing the merchandise. Although this is your option, you do not want to refuse merchandise. All refused merchandise will be subject to a 40% restocking fee, and the return shipping fee will also be taken out of your refund when we receive the merchandise back.

How can I buy your products in bulk?

If you would like more than ten of a particular item, we are more than happy to get you huge bulk discounts for large quantities! Simply let us know which item(s) you are interested in. You can make us an offer, and if we agree, we will send your packages, you receive a great deal, and everyone is happy!

I think the address I gave you when making payment is incorrect, can you please send my order to another address?

Because our items are shipped so quickly after receiving payment, it is very difficult to change an address once it has been entered in our system, though not impossible. Please note that Paypal can sometimes make you think your item was sent to the address you have on file, but the only delivery address that matters is the one you entered during checkout.

If you have not received a notice that your order has shipped yet, and you are still concerned that your order will ship to the wrong address, please send an email to support@vpgames.com with your 9 digit order number so we can try to correct it in time, though with our quick shipping time please understand that this is extremely difficult to do.

Monthly Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility and Entry: In order to qualify for the drawing, customer must first opt-in for subscription to our newsletter, either during the checkout process, or directly from our website, www.vpgames.com, and must click the "Enter Me in the vpgames Monthly Giveaway" link directly from the promotional email. Giveaway is valid only in the United States. Employees of vpgames are not eligible for this giveaway. By opting in for subscription, you agree to these Official Rules. Opting out during the promotional period will forfeit your entry in the giveaway. Each person is allowed one entry per promotion.

2. Promotional Period: Each drawing takes place on the last calendar day of each month, at 6:00 PM PST. The promotion starts once the promotional email has been sent, usually 4-7 days before the drawing is set to take place.

3. Winners: One winner will be randomly selected at the time of drawing, and will be notified by email or phone. Winner is required to submit a photo of themselves prior to shipment of prize. Images will be used only for promotional purposes on vpgames.com. The winner?s name will be posted on the website following successful contact. If winner cannot be reached within 7 days, or does not agree to Terms and Conditions, vpgames reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

4. Prizes: Prizes vary each month, ranging in value between $10.00 and $500.00, and may be unique or repeated prizes. Specific prizes are not announced until promotional email has been sent.

5. Claiming Prize: Winner will be contacted by email or phone on the first day of each month. Winner will be validated to verify eligibility and compliance with these official rules. This means that each winner of the monthly giveaway prize will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (collectively, the ?Affidavit?), and other required information, which must be returned to the Sponsor within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner (i) cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted; (ii) does not respond in time (iii) is found to be ineligible; (iv) cannot or does not comply with these official rules; or (v) prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize.

6. General Conditions: Each winner?s acceptance of a giveaway prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use winner?s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address, in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. In addition, all entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, vendors associated with the Sweepstakes, and the respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents of each, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person, including death, or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize offered by, or participation in the Sweepstakes

vpgames reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit individuals from participating in Sweepstakes and disqualify entries if they (i) attempt to enter the Sweepstakes through any means other than as described in these rules, (ii) attempt to disrupt the Sweepstakes or circumvent the terms and conditions of these rules in any way or (iii) repeatedly show a disregard for the Sweepstakes rules or act (a) in an non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or (b) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor. Further, Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and persons using any such methods will be disqualified. Sponsor's decisions with respect to the Sweepstakes are final. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account subscriber of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account subscriber" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

By submitting your email, you hereby accept and agree to the official rules and terms. vpgames reserves the rights to change or cancel the promotion at any time. Sponsor may terminate any Sweepstakes or decide to modify it in any manner that it deems fair and equitable to participants if it becomes aware of any occurrence that would materially affect the Sweepstakes' security and fairness.

7. Disputes: As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that: (i) any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, or the determination of the winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action exclusively by the state or federal courts in Santa Barbara County, California; and (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
