What and awesome product! I purchased this to transfer files from my old 20 GB HD to my new 60 GB HD that I had already started to use. The manual was detailed enough to explain everything I needed to know, leaving very little to trail and error. Trail and error is required a bit though, but that is due to the cryptic file labeling / organization used on the HD itself by Microsoft. Definitely follow the manuals recommendation and back your files up before making the attempt! I never had to use the restore but I did have to try 3 different ways to transfer some data (Rock Band 1 song exports) and the saved back up always kept me reassured. I recommend this to anyone needing to transfer files or wanting to back up their Xbox 3600 HD to their computer for safety.
