The drive works perfectly, and was excellently priced. A word of caution to those people unfamiliar with flashing the control boards so they will work with your existing xbox 360: It is easier to swap the control boards on the two drives, and re-solder the wires, so long as you have on problems with the control board. Saves extra money and time.

Our drive took a dive and the kids were bummin. I found the new drive at VP Games in stock and placed the order. I received the new drive in a couple of days. I had the boards swapped out quickly and the new drive installed in no time. Thanks to the great service of VP Games my kids are back on live and I'm still "Superdad"! Thanks VP Games!
